Physical exams for school and sports participation are offered seasonally to help ensure all requirements are completed efficiently and accurately.
Each visit includes a comprehensive exam and completion of required forms, with additional attention to documentation as needed for school-based requirements.

Best performed by a primary care provider during a well-child visit for proper tracking and follow-up, this approach helps reduce anxiety for many adolescent males while still meeting sports clearance requirements.
