Refund policy

At Empowered Medical Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. This Refund Policy is designed to clearly communicate our billing, cancellation, and refund practices in compliance with payment card network requirements, including Visa and Mastercard merchant standards. Services & Treatment Purchases All medical spa services, treatments, packages, memberships, prepaid appointments, and retail products are final sale. Because many treatments involve reserved provider time, medical supplies, prescription-grade products, and individualized preparation, refunds are generally not provided for: Completed services Injectables Laser treatments Body contouring procedures Skincare treatments Membership fees already billed Treatment packages that have been partially used Retail skincare or cosmetic products Gift cards Promotional or discounted services Results may vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes. No Product Returns For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Empowered Medical Spa does not accept returns or exchanges on any retail, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products. All product purchases are final sale. Deposits & Appointment Cancellations A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve appointments. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Deposits for consultations or special appointments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Packages, Memberships & Prepaid Plans Treatment packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If a prepaid package is canceled before use: Any completed services will be charged at the regular individual service price Remaining balances, if any, may be refunded at management’s discretion Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing according to the terms outlined in the signed membership agreement. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes If you have concerns regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. By purchasing services or products from Empowered Medical Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and our cancellation terms. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including signed consent forms, appointment records, communications, proof of product delivery, and proof of services rendered. Refund Processing When refunds are approved: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution Please allow 5–10 business days for posted refunds Cash refunds are not provided for credit card transactions.
