A targeted consultation to determine the most appropriate laser treatment for your skin, hair, or tattoo concerns. We will evaluate your treatment area, skin type, and goals to ensure safe, effective results and outline a personalized treatment plan. This consultation provides clarity on your options and next steps, regardless of whether you begin treatment. The consultation fee will be applied toward any future service.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY At Empowered Medical Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients and maintain the highest level of service, the following policies apply to all appointments: DEPOSITS A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied toward your total at the time of your visit. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment at the time of booking for future appointments or may result in denial of booking privileges. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If there is insufficient time to complete the service, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. DAY-OF-APPOINTMENT CHANGES Changes to scheduled services on the day of the appointment may not be accommodated. Deposits are non-transferable to different services within 24 hours of the appointment. CONSULTATIONS Consultation fees are required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward any future service when the appointment is completed. Consultation fees are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and appointment policy.
