Service Description
A consultation to review your health goals and determine appropriate lab testing, followed by an in-office blood draw if indicated. Final pricing of lab services will be discussed during consultation. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
