Imaging Consult

Service Description

A consultation to determine appropriate imaging based on your symptoms, history, or health concerns. Imaging options will be reviewed and, if appropriate, orders will be provided for completion at a local imaging facility. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Price listed does not include facility imaging fees.
